Reconciliation Action Plan
NRH’s Vision for reconciliation is an environment where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural and spiritual understanding is present and embraced in business as usual and long term strategies.
NRH have developed our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to recognise and build on current relationships, to further demonstrate respect for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people as clients, tenants and communities and develop opportunities to purposefully attract and retain Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander staff and services. Our RAP is an aspirational document intended to map our pathway within our ongoing reconciliation journey.
